Welcome to our community! Aspen Brook Townhome HOA consists of 42 custom home lots, located just west of Estes Park, CO on Highway 66 in Larimer County.
Vehicle access to the Rocky Mountain National Park is only about 2 miles away at the Beaver Meadows Entrance.
The largest YMCA in the world is only about ¼ of a mile away.
The iconic Big Thompson River borders the entire length of our 13 acre development.
We have a family picnic area complete with children’s playground, volleyball, horseshoes and outdoor cooking grill for the enjoyment of our residents and guests.
This site is designed for Aspen Brook Townhome HOA members, to provide general HOA information along with updates about the community. Most new information will be posted on the HOA NEWS page, but please feel free to check out the rest of the website for useful information.
BILLINGS: The 2017 Assessments have been set at $1546 per year, plus insurance and maintenance fund billings. Annual assessment statements will be mailed out to all homeowners in late January. Assessments are due the 1st of April, and are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 10th of April will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.
Regular Meetings of the Board are anticipated to be held quarterly. The next HOA Board meeting will be held FRIDAY January 5th at 1:00pm Mountain Time. This will be the Annual Meeting of Homeowners, with notices of this meeting being mailed out in December. All homeowners and residents of the community are welcome to attend.
